Can I arrange a ride for someone else?
Yes. Enter your contact details, choose “For someone else,” and add the passenger’s name. Our team will coordinate the ride with you.
Can I include multiple stops?
Yes. Add each stop when you request your ride. If you need a driver for several hours, choose “By the hour” and tell us where you’d like to go.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust your pickup for delays. Just include your flight number when booking.
How will I know my reservation is confirmed?
Your ride is confirmed when you receive confirmation from SVL. After you submit a request, our team will contact you to confirm availability, pickup details, and pricing.
